Senior Manager of Global Patient Safety Scientist (hybrid)

Hobson Prior are currently seeking for a Senior Manager of Global Patient Safety Scientist to join a brilliant biotech establishment on a contract basis inside IR35 located in Uxbridge with hybrid working available. Our client is focused on constantly bringing innovative treatments to people.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this position you will handle planning and evaluating safety reports which involves DSUR, PSUR, RMP, safety segments of any other regulatory proposals, as well as reply to health authorities or any others.
• Conduct the signal review for any recognised signals any write the safety review documents.
• Fulfil signal detection actions aligned with sanctioned safety surveillance plans.
• You will plan and deliver presentations at signal management team meetings as well as contribute to clinical study team meetings for allocated amalgams.
• Contribute to the process improvement projects such as the development and upkeep of pertinent SOPs, Wis and assisting reports.
• When suitable for allocated compounds, you will partake in any other risk management actions.
• Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Educated to an advanced degree level in a pertinent discipline.
• Able to operate with a safety system database for purposes of medical case evaluation and minimal questions.
• A proactive and self-disciplined individual who is able to meet deliverables, as well as manage time efficiently and prioritise workload.
• At least 7+ years of experience within a pharmaceutical, biotech or health organisation.
• Capable of implementing pertinent FDA, EU and ICH regulations, programmes and guidelines administering pharmacovigilance actions for both clinical trial and post-marketing settings.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
