CRM System Development Specialist, EMEA
Hybrid role - Hatfield, Herts office 6 days per month / remainder working from home

Our client is a multi-cultural, healthcare, global company and seeking an experienced CRM professional to provide effective day to day administration of the CRM solution with responsibilities such as data loading, territory management, report compilation, user access management and incident management in addition to being responsible for the ongoing development and configuration of the solution.
The CRM System Development Specialist is accountable for the development and release roadmap liaising with the local teams as well as stakeholders from across the EMEA region and Veeva to ensure the solution is continually aligned to the strategic goals and needs of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop and progress into this evolving role, working with people across countries where English is not their first language, a passion for technology developing, shaping and evolving CRM systems, and Veeva / Salesforce Certification and ongoing training.

Experience required:
* Highly skilled in Excel to Intermediate / Advanced level
* Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is desirable
* Preferably Salesforce cloud or Veeva CRM administration, configuration and data stewardship experience
* Demonstrable experience in training delivery, especially systems and process training is desirable
* Excellent working knowledge of technical systems essential
* Demonstrable experience of writing and reviewing Controlled Documents, such as Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, working practices
* Veeva or Salesforce Configuration Certification (or proven extensive experience)
* Excellent verbal and written English skills
* Educated to 'A' level standard/degree standard
* Project Management qualification/working towards project management certification desirable
* A second language would be advantageous, ideally French, German, Italian, Russian or Spanish
