Job Details

Hobson Prior are seeking for a Real-World Evidence Manager to join a fantastic biotech organisation on a contract basis located in Stockley Park. Our client is focused on producing novel remedies to aid those suffering from life-threatening diseases.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will handle shareholders expectations both internally and externally concerning tactical goals and implementation of research.
  • Strategic assistance for evolving RWE historical control and tactics.
  • You will adjust performance metrics and dashboards for RWE projects in the therapeutic area.
  • Manage study idea development and implementation of incidence/prevalence, burden of illness and natural history of disease examination for business and development an early development signs.
  • Author procedures, investigator brochures, clinical study documents, and evaluation of clinical trial reports.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in cross-functional RWE development which involves registries, burden of illness/natural history of disease for regulators, payers and clinicians.

Key Skills:

  • Social and communication skills both verbally and in writing with study management abilities.
  • Able to take detailed observational study outcomes and convey them clearly and in a non-technical fashion to internal cross-functional teams, using language that reverberates with them, while sustaining the veracity of crucial discoveries.
  • Capable of working efficiently in a consistently altering, diverse, and matrix setting.

Requirements:

  • Educated to an advanced degree level in biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics and outcomes research, health policy or a similar discipline.
  • Trained in Epidemiology/Health Services Research.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an observational research study management role AND data analysis role, either within a pertinent organisation or an observational research consulting agency.
  • Comprehension of the 21st Century cures act and the prospects for use of RWE to notify regulatory decision makers.
  • Know-how in observational research design.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
