State Sales Manager - Brisbane - Endoscopy

Our client is an Australia born medical device company who specialize in ENT and Endoscopy. Due to continuous growth, we require a State Sales Manager in QLD managing a team of three. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

Role / Description

Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Endoscopy professional to join an innovative medical device company. The successful Sales Manager will join a high performing team of experienced reps specializing in ENT and Endoscopy.

You will be required to become a leader in the business, coaching experienced sales reps and providing in field clinical support when required. Whilst there is a mix of people management and clinical expertise required, we also need someone who embraces sales and understands the commercial importance of the role.

To begin with you will also manage your own territory which compromises Brisbane Metro and West Brisbane. We therefore want applicants with exceptional track records in endoscopy sales who wish to take the next steps in to people management. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous and demonstrable experience in endoscopy sales is essential
  • Strong understanding of anatomy with a focus on ENT & Endoscopy
  • Clear network of relevant KOLs and ability to hold high level conversations
  • Experience managing sales teams is preferred however we are also open to senior reps who have mentoring / coaching experience
  • A proven industry professional with high levels of integrity is necessary
  • Bachelors or master's degree in Life Sciences or similar
