My client who is a local based company specialising in the production of Australian manufactured Reagent Red Blood Cells, monoclonal blood grouping reagents and ancillary products is looking to bring on an experienced Customer Service Representative professional focusing on the Diagnostic Division of the business

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Handling Customer enquiries on email and over the phone, both Customer Service and Logistics related.
- Prioritise inbound enquiries to ensure fast turnaround times for time critical requests.
- Providing solutions and use critical thinking to solve customer requests using the 'one stop shop' ethos.
- Building strong customer relationships, internally and externally.
- Use your SAP / System expertise to input and update Customer orders and data with extreme accuracy.
- Backorder report management and communication/information to all parties.
- Multitask across three business units with accuracy and precision. Bring your multitasking skills to us.
- Work on process improvement initiatives to streamline the overall Customer Experience
- Work closely with our national Key Account Managers.
- Be analytical with all that you do and ensure you challenge the status quo. We like change!
- This is an office-based role.
