Join an interesting and unique pharmaceutical company in an exciting role as the Clinical Sales Liaison for the Gold Coast + Northern Rivers.

You will be working within a very niche and patient focused therapy area. This company pioneers innovative treatments to help transform the lives of people around the world who are suffering with the Opioid dependency, a chronic brain disease.

This is a small close-knit team and you will report directly to the National Sales Manager.

I am looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial and business savvy pharmaceutical sales professional.

This company is fast paced and is growing and as such I am looking for a candidate who can manage pressure well and thrives in this exciting environment.

In this role you will call on Specialist Clinicians, GPs, Primary Care prescribers, Drug Treatment teams, Pharmacists nursing staff etc.

KEY DUTIES

  • Manage a set territory, meeting interaction & event KPI's based on a quarterly territory business plan covering face to face & virtual meetings in private clinic, hospitals and pharmacies, group presentations and professional conference sponsorships
  • Proactively plan, search, and seek new business opportunities to accelerate growth well above the market and competitors
  • Collaborate as one sales team sharing growth strategies and opportunities to ensure group success
  • Be responsible for understanding and implementing updated sales strategies and new objectives ensuring agile and quick adaptation to evolving markets and competitors

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of selling to HCP's
  • Experience working with niche therapy areas for example - mental health, infectious diseases etc
  • Evidence based experience with pharmacology and medicines in a clinical sales environment - highly desirable
  • Passionate around commercial growth, competitive insights, and market dynamics
  • Thrives on owning ambitious sales targets and motivated to seek out innovative growth initiative and strategies
  • Health Science Degree such as nursing, pharmacist, or science
