Das Department Technische Compliance ist auf der Suche nach einem/r Experte/-in für Datenintegrität und Qualifizierung für eigenständige Projektarbeiten im Bereich Galenik.

Die Produktionsanlagen bestehen aus folgenden Maschinen und Anlagen:

• Vial-Waschmaschinen, Steriltunnel, Abfüll- und Verschliessmaschinen, Etikettiermaschinen, Inspektionsmaschinen, Autoklav, Beutelauspacker, Montageline für Spritzenschutzaufsatz, Kleinteilwaschmaschinen usw.

• Isolator-Technik für Produkt- und Personenschutz

• Infrastrukturanlagen: Kühlräume, Reinräume, Klima-Lüftung, Druckluft, Prozessluft, WFI-Verteilung, Raummonitoring usw.

• Laborgeräte und Equipment

Der perfekte Kandidat:

Wir suchen nach einem Kandidaten mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Pharmaproduktion und Qualifizierungen (bestenfalls im Bereich Galenik). Der Fokus liegt auf der Qualifizierungen und der Datenintegrität von Computer Systemen.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Eigenständiges Durchführen von Qualifizierungen von Produktionsanlagen mit “embedded computerized systems” unter besonderer Beachtung der Datenintegrität gemäss ALCOA+ Prinzipien

• Überprüfen von bestehenden Qualifizierungen/Prozess-Automations-Qualifizierungen (PAQ) und Bewertung der Datenintegrität anhand eines vorgegebenen Fragenkatalogs

• GMP-konforme Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten und Zusammenfassung aufgetretener Abweichungen/Pendenzen

• Eigenständige Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen zu den aufgetretenen Abweichungen/Pendenzen.

• Einarbeitung in eine elektronisches Qualifizierungs-&Validierungssoftware mit anschliessender Übernahme einer Poweruser-Rolle

Must Haves:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (FH, HF oder ähnliches) in einer der Fachrichtungen: Automation, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Pharmatechnik (****)

• Min. 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahurng in Qualifizierungen von automatisierter Pharmaproduktion (Galenik) (****)

• Berufserfahrung im GMP regulierten Arbeitsumfeld (****)

• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse in MS Office und Google Applikationen (****)

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (**)

• Audit/Inspektionserfahrung (teilgenommen oder geleitet ist von Vorteil (**)
