Director, Clinical Program Lead

I am partnered with a global and innovative clinical stage biotech with several ongoing programs utilising targeted, controlled and active cell therapies within the treatment of cancer.

They are now looking for an experienced program lead to oversee major clinical programs ensuring successful progression through the clinic and edging closer to commercialisation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide cross-functional leadership to programs within advanced therapies
• Foster strong collaborations between project managers and other functional groups to ensure effective and efficient project progress
• Ensure timely, cost effective and high quality execution of programs
• Manage and mitigate any risks, defining potential risks, costs and value to stakeholders
• Provide leadership to target product profile and master development plan worldwide
• Interface with project governance bodies and responsible for implementing decisions
• Provide input to areas including strategy development, clinical program assumptions and regulatory strategies

Your Background:

• Advanced degree (MD/PhD/MBA/MSc/Engineer; or appropriate master’s level) preferably in biopharma / medical device sector
• 5-10 years of working experience preferably within the Biotech / Pharmaceutical industry
• Experienced working within advanced therapies
• Strong experience in clinical project / program management
• Leadership experience on a matrix/cross-functional level
