Lead Statistical Programmer

Hobson Prior are looking for a Lead Statistical Programmer to join a brilliant biotech establishment on a permanent basis located in Gosselies. Our client is focused on finding and evolving an innovative generation of treatments for people suffering from cancer.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will be responsible for heading the evolvement of standard SAS Macros and the evolvement of standard operating processes.
• Recognise gaps, suggest solution and implement knowledge to develop effectiveness of programming duties and/or develop general quality of programming deliverables.
• You will guide the statistical programming actions for various compounds.
• Supervise the evolvement of SAS programs for the production of ADaM data sets adhering to CDISC standards.
• Guarantee deliverables in a timely manner, and that al quality procedures are adhered to and constant within the projects.
• The ideal candidate will evolve and monitor the development of SAS programs for the production of TFLs.
• Uphold a wall organised, accomplished, and up-to-date project documentation, testing and verification/quality control reports and programs guaranteeing inspection promptness.

Requirements:

• Educated to an advanced degree level in a statistics, computer science, data science/engineering, mathematics or a similar discipline.
• Know-how of data structures and pertinent programming languages for data manipulation and reporting, which involves SAS, R, Python, etc.
• Organisation standards such as SDTM/ADAM knowledge.
• Supplier management oversight acquaintance is ideal.
• Comprehension of the drug development process, which involves familiarity with regulatory archiving.
• At least 6+ years of experience in clinical programming/clinical data management with accountability in the pharmaceutical/clinical trial setting.
