Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 DOE plus 401k and bonus
Location: New Jersey  

Albion Rye Associates have established a new and exclusive partnership with a global, Boutique healthcare communications and advertising agency based on the East Coast of America that is looking to expand its Project management function due to new business wins.

As a firm, they are globally renowned for developing the best brand marketing strategy & materials. Trusted by companies from start-up biotechs going through their first commercialization, all the way to global top 10 pharma. As Project manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your assigned brands. This includes but isn’t limited to budget, deadline, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage all projects for assigned Brand/brands from conception through to completion
• Work in close partnership with the accounts team to manage the day-to-day expectations of the client
• Plan, develop and oversee project timelines to ensure that deliverables are done on time and to a high standard.
• Manage the submission, review, and final delivery of projects in accordance with client and agency guidelines
• Establish and build strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

Experience

• Minimum of a BA in communications, marketing, project management or a related field
• 2+ years of experience working in project management within a healthcare advertising agency
• Strong project management skills
• Detail-orientated and highly organized
• Ability to work on more than one project simultaneously
