Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement globally consistent processes for Product Lifecycle Management based on leaing practice.•Represent and own Global Product Lifecycle Management process.
- Support business users, I&T, and relevant stakeholders in usage of the global lifecycle process.
- Plan and execute the Global Product Lifecycle Management roadmap.
- Develop business process documentation (process maps, playbook, work instructions, user guide etc.)
- Collaborate with other Workstream leads to ensure alignment
- Partner with Commercial Operations (ComOps), CSL Plasma, E2E operations and Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) to ensure the lifecycle management process is stable and streamlined.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required preferably in IT, management or technical field
- Master degree preferred in Business Management or related subject
Experience:
- In depth knowledge of manufacturing processes as it relates to Lifecycle Management
- Minimum 3-5 year experience in pharmaceutical or another highly regulated industry in either operatins or support functions required
- Track record of project leadership and/or participation
- A seasoned credible Leader respected within the organization to lead substantial change within CSL
- Minimum 5 years' experience in management position
- Successful business experience mainly project work is required
Mindset & Behavior
- Proactive, idependent, motivated and hands-on
- Collaborative with ability to influence important stakeholders on what good looks like
Language & IT Skills:
- Business English, German will be an advantage
- Office 365, Knowledge of at least one programming language, Supply Chain software like RapidResponse.
