RBW are partnered with a leading full-service healthcare marketing agency. With over 25 years industry experience, my client is looking for a full-time account manager to join a high performing, digital & print team.
In the past 2 years the digital team has expanded in clients & revenue by 57% year on year. This is an exciting time to join this side of the business.
You will be working in the heart of the pharmaceutical & life science industry, within a core agency digital media team. Working on multimedia projects, with some of the biggest brands, liaising with medical experts, brand & marketing teams & educational professionals.

If you have account management or sales experience, have worked in digital, media or print within healthcare, life science or pharmaceutical then this could be the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high value media buying agencies & new business clients
- Maintain & expand existing client accounts through commercial acumen & regular client contact
- Work closely with your line manager & department to cultivate new media opportunities
- Strategically manage pipeline & portfolio, forecast, log & record yearly, quarterly & monthly revenue
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts & sell the full media offering
- Manage £1m+ in agency bookings per year
- Conduct regular market research & analysis to stay up to date with market trends, drive sales & increase revenue
The ideal candidate:
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in pharma
- Previous account management or sales experience – preferably in digital media, marketing & promotional solutions
- A self-starter, someone who is motivated & ambitious
- An experienced account manager
- Proven success & experience in a target driven environment
- UK Based – The role is remote anywhere in the UK
