Key Account Manager - Respiratory - Lincs/Leics/Cambs & Norfolk
Our client is a global leader in generic and biosimilar medicines, committed to playing a leading role in driving access to medicine worldwide. Their number 1 priority is to pioneer patient access to better healthcare.
They are now seeking a talented Key Account Manager at the location shown. The aim of the position is to achieve sales and activity within defined key accounts, by maintaining current, and generating new business leads to build a positive environment for current and future brands.
In this role you will be joining a dynamic, motivated team to launch their innovative pipeline of Respiratory products, to support their purpose of making access happen and you will be the owner of the entire value chain of the NHS in your territory.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Achieving targeted sales & margin targets on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis
*Taking a "Large Account Management" approach
*Implements tactical & long-term strategies to support the delivery of assigned KPIs
*Lead effective cross-functional working with Business Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Customer Services, Primary Care & Speciality to achieve set account objectives and customer project activity
*Working closely with supply chain to ensure high levels of customer forecast accuracy & optimal levels of coverage for customer demand needs
*Seeks to discover and implement added value project opportunities within assigned account to drive long term customer collaboration & interdependence
What you'll bring to the role:
*ABPI qualified with experience in Key Account Management
*Track record in multichannel / Omni channel content adaptation, localisation and delivery
*Strong project management skills, ability to work in multiple therapeutic areas and manage multiple brands, external focus, strong communication and customer engagement skills
*Working with cross-functional teams; savviness to partner with Region and balance local / regional needs
