Mon client, entreprise spécialisé dans les acides nucléiques cherche aujourd'hui son nouveau chef de projet, project leader en biochimie pour intégrer l'équipe spécialisée en synthèse. Ce poste vous permettra donc de gérer le projet de A à Z en mettant à profit toutes vos compétences scientifiques mais aussi en management de projet. Entreprise internationale, vous pourriez intégrer une entité comportant plus de 50 nationalités et basé à Paris pour la R&D ! Mon client a levé plus de 300 millions de dollars depuis sa création et cherche donc à développer ses équipes. Rejoindre le bateau maintenant vous permettrait d'envisager selon vos résultats une évolution professionnelle à moyen terme.

Ce poste d'ingénieur R&D basé au sud de Paris, prêt de Montrouge, dans une équipe R&D spécialisée en synthèse d'une dizaine de personne. Vous pourrez donc utiliser toutes vos compétences en management de projet pour mener à bien les études de cette entreprise. Il vous faudra donc amener toutes vos connaissances et expertises dans la chimie des oligonucléotides acquises au fil de votre parcours. Vous pourrez donc à la fois faire de la recherche bibiographique tout en apportant votre expertise scientifique aux membres de l' équipes pour les soutenir dans leurs tâches.

Les missions :

• Gérer les projets et expériences R&D
• Assurer la synthèse d'oligonucléotides modifiés
• Marquer et purifier des sondes par HLPC
• Gérer le transfer de protocole vers la filiale américaine
• Contribuer aux projets R&D de l'entreprise
• Recherche bibliographique

Le profil :

• Master ou PhD/Doctorat en chimie des oligonucléotides
• 5 ans d'expérience en management de projet ou team leader
• Expérience dans la synthèse des oligonucléotides
• Marquage de sondes fluorescentes
• Compétences en gestion de projets
• Excellent niveau d'anglais
• Une très bonne connaissance de la biologie moléculaire serait un véritable atout

Profile:

• Master or PhD/Doctorate in oligonucleotide chemistry
• 5 years experience in project management or team leadership
• Experience in oligonucleotide synthesis
• Fluorescent probe labeling
• Project management skills
• Excellent level of English
• A very good knowledge of molecular biology would be a real asset
