Job Details

Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Global Head of Asset and Commercial Strategy to join a fantastic pharmaceutical establishment on a permanent basis located in either Slough, Brussels or Switzerland. Our client is focused on two therapeutic areas: neurology and immunology.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this position, to produce an integrated and aligned international plan, you will cooperate with various cross-functional shareholders and regional/country teams.
  • Arrange class leading I CI efforts making sure that we can expect the developing marketplace.
  • To maximise the patient value possible of the company features, you will form and deliver wide-ranging life cycle management plans designed.
  • You will be acting as a member of the international commercial and access LT for the rare disease organisation.
  • Link teams that are working on similar initiatives, initiative steadiness, effectiveness and callously stimulating silo'd thinking or behaving.
  • Introduce a sense of urgency, generating a team culture that is robust, dependable and oriented around delivering real impact on patients.
  • The ideal candidate will guarantee the evolvement of strong rare commercial abilities to facilitate expansion of the company's rare disease organisation.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

  • Communication skills both verbally and written.
  • An adaptable individual who is dedicated to being efficient and use materials effectively.
  • Familiarity with coordinating and guiding various teams and divisions.
  • Solid cross-functional guidance skills with the ability to guide in a matrix setting.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a business administration discipline or similar prior work experience.
  • At least 10+ years of experience in a business or senior a managerial position.
  • At least 10+ years of experience within a biotech or consultancy establishment working on specific projects in the healthcare division, ideally with international rare disease.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in an international commercial position.
  • Familiarity with data analysis as well as with budget management.
  • Acquaintance with consulting, oriented around operations management.
  • Exhibited the skill in a project coordination position.
  • Demonstrated ability to accomplish international launches and lifecycle management across various indications, ideally in the orphan/rare space.
  • An agile business outlook, focused on evolving innovative solutions, initiating the accomplishment of all.
  • Past involvement in launching and forming life cycle plans for orphan assets internationally and in the US in low prevalence illnesses.
  • Acquaintance with rare disease with an pioneering outlook.
  • Familiar with planning and directing methodical initiatives.
  • Capable of garnering authority through relations forming and recognising common objectives.
