Senior Experience Manager, Digital – Healthcare

£65,000 - £70,000 + car allowance + bonus
Albion Rye Associates are proud to be partnered with a global, leading, health focused pharmaceutical client who are on the search for an experienced Senior Experience Manager.
You will be joining the owned media team as one of four senior leads within a newly formed digital team. With plenty of opportunity to progress within your career, including the opportunity for international career progression.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering improved customer lifetime value for both HCP’s and patients. You will have a vast amount of experience in owned media channels such as website, social media, tools, and apps.
Given the seniority of the role, you will be able to operate at a strategic level, making key decisions and influencing others.
The role:
- Define the digital healthcare experience strategy to connect & orchestrate journeys in owned channels, (website, social media, tools, apps)
- Be the expert in owned channels and champion the role and value from healthcare experience with category teams to help deliver value though growth events and always-on activity
- Connect with global teams, agencies, and digital platform owners to fuel with new & innovating tools & techniques
- From data insights, develop cross-channel customer journey maps that will identify gaps, pain-points, and opportunities for value gains
- Create KPI’s and dashboards with engagement metrics to show impact across the adoption funnel and how engagement measures ladder up to overall goals
About you:
- Experienced digital practitioner with experience managing multi-channel digital programmes in healthcare/pharma
- Experience in website creation & optimisation, ideally Adobe AEM
- Experienced in email marketing
- Lead major digital projects
- Take responsibility for projects and make informed decisions
- Previous line management experience
