The Role

• Create & execute marketing strategy building into 2023
• Lead without direct oversight
• Pull analytics together to drive strategy
• Work with sales stakeholders to devise best course for action
• Set objectives, promotional activities, & forecasts
• Plan advertising promotional and digital programmes
• Identify opportunities for business development and growth
• Employ critical thinking to make recommendations & decisions

Skills & Experience

Use your industry experience to identify growth opportunities and develop the marketing strategy within a unique portfolio of ocular surface products. You will need to be calculated and possess refined marketing acumen execute successful marketing actions building up into 2023. Use your influencing skills to build relationships internally across senior management and sales to ensure the best course for action.

• 2 -3 years relevant industry experience
• Proven capability to devise successful marketing strategies
• Creative personality with a fact-based foundation for implementation
• Analytical approach
• Strong analysis, planning, implementation, & reporting capability
• Solid understanding of Australian pharmaceutical market & regulations
