We are looking for a RGP Consultant and Logistics Coordinator with pharma or bioscience industry experience, who can start immediately.
You will work closely with our RGP Project Manager and support the Supply Chain activities to include PO creation, SO entries, Inbound shipment entries and many more logistics related tasks using SAP.

About You
We are looking for a RGP Consultant and Logistics Coordinator with pharma or bioscience industry experience, who can start immediately.
You will work closely with our RGP Project Manager and support the Supply Chain activities to include PO creation, SO entries, Inbound shipment entries and many more logistics related tasks using SAP.
- Available immediately for an initial 3-4 months project
- Likely to extend or convert to perm
- Hybrid role and open to those based in Sydney or Melbourne
- Execution of all logistics functions for selected product range, in SAP including Delivery Creation, Transfer Order Creation, Confirmation of order packing, Shipment Creation, Shipment Costing.
- Generation of inbound shipping documentation and entry arrangement. Coordinating, tracking & expediting of shipment as required.
- Manage relationships and performance of outsourced warehousing and logistics organizations, including Logistics Service providers, Carriers and Freight Forwarders.
- Main point of contact between customers, sales and BAU teams, raising the CN in SAP
- Handles customer complaints, collaborate with business teams for complaints investigation and manage resolutions within expected timeframe.
- Support sales management in the follow up on outstanding payments, monitoring and escalate credit limits issues where appropriate.
- A minimum Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics together with 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management & Logistics is needed.
- Experience in either medical or pharma industry is preferred
- SAP knowledge and experience in SD & MM modules is essential
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to work within a matrix environment effectively and highly adaptable
- Has strong organization, problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
