Business Analyst required for large Biotech company assisting with an ERP integration

The Role

This role will be responsible for the end to end lifecycle of deployment activities like business partnering, leading the business requirement analysis & facilitation, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live planning. The Primary technology focus will be on Oracle Enterprise One - E1 and linkages of the quote to cash process to and from internal B2C and B2B Web Solutions.

• In addition, this role is a client facing and will be responsible for Quote to Cash Projects and AN support.
• The role will challenge you to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives like Quote to Cash standardization projects in the region, managing Business Demand and enhancements in the ERP for changing business scenario’s and requirements.
• The role will require the candidate to possess strong communication skills and the ability to work with the ANZ Business users, IT and Global IT teams.
• Business Partnering in Order to Cash initiatives, Projects, and enhancements.
• Analyse business needs and suggest system improvements across core ERP - E1 and connections to B2C and B2B Digital solutions.
• Lead Initiatives in a PM role to drive initiatives from conceptualization to go-live.
• Lead Business requirements and match them to available solutions in ERP and Digital or suggest new approach for integration in-line with Global and Regional standards.
• System configuration, Setup and Functional testing for required components.
• Prepare functional specifications for development, configuration and testing
• Validate and test configuration
• Support user testing and data migration
• Train the users and provide go-live support
• Respond to and address user requests via ticketing process and in partnership with regional support teams.
• Work closely and communicate with the global team in the USA
• Comply with company’s Global IT Policies and Procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Candidate

• We are looking for a team player who can plan and manage communication across different teams and client. Be able to provide business process and ERP expertise and guidance on complex processes.
• Tertiary qualification or similar qualification and/or relevant experience, training and proven delivery capability.
• Proven ability to manage to tie Business requirement to solutions and driving the projects from inception to go-live is desired.
• Quote to Cash experience of minimum 7 years which should include implementation, support, design, training and configuration.
• Experience of Web Orders, Integration with B2B and B2C Digital solutions for managing customer and/or Distributor orders.
• Must have experience with a major ERP platform such as Oracle E1
• Experience in regional user co-ordination, working with Global IT teams on initiatives impacting the region is required.
• Experience of having worked in environments where ERP integrates with bolt-on’s like SalesForce.com, Oracle Agile, Web Methods, Comergent commerce, TRAX PPS, credit card processing, EDI, and use of SQL would be a plus
• Having experience in mapping "as-is" to "to-be" and able to perform gap analysis
• Experience in component testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Hands on experience in Design & Configuration and support for Oracle E1 or Master Pack is a plus.
