Our client is a Medical Devices company working with the most innovative devices in different therapeutic areas. We are recruiting a Technical Inventory Specialist to support in the coordination of iPad distribution to hospitals and clinics.

Responsibilities:

• You provide support to the Tablet Deployment team
• You receive the products and make sure they are configured in the right way
• You organize the inventory for order processing, you use multiple systems to make sure this is tracked accordingly
• You ensure packaging and shipping is done accordingly; tracking is also part of your responsibility
• You collaborate with several departments internally
   

Who are you:

• You are tech savvy and have extensive experience with systems like IOS and Apple products in general
• You have excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, mainly in Excel and Outlook
• It is a big plus if you have experience with SAP You have excellent organizational skills and are well able to multitask
• You have high attention to detail
• You work well in teams and have excellent communication skills
• You have knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain processes
