Exciting opportunity to join an expanding Biopharmaceutical Company in a role where you will provide Administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team. You will play a key part in supporting these vital functions and should enjoy using their own initiative, be used to working in a busy team environment and will be able to move smoothly around various projects and priorities.

Main duties and responsibilities;

* Assisting the TA Team with posting new requisitions and ensuring all adverts are live and current
* Ensuring the candidate experience is positive from booking their travel, scheduling interviews, handling expenses and arranging lunch
* Prepare offer letters, contracts and associated benefits documentation keeping all partied involved with progress.
* Ensure correct Right to Work documentation is collated
* Conduct Employment References are conducted prior to commencement and liaising with a 3rd party provider ensure that all Background Checks are completed highlighting any concerns to HR Team.
* Invoice Management and Payment of Recruitment fees
* Ensure contractor schedules of work are captured and recorded on the recruitment tracker.
* Liaise with Line Manager and IT to ensure all necessary equipment is arranged prior to start
* Ensure Induction packs are prepared with all necessary documentation
* Enter new employees onto the Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
* Ensure regular review of the HR Inbox ensuring that queries are handled in a timely manner or forwarded for action to the appropriate recipient.
* After developing a thorough understanding of the Company's benefits and policies act as first point of contact for the business
* Support Payroll Inputting process each month ensuring accurate and timely submission to Payroll Provider
* Organisation Chart Updates weekly ensuring all data is up to date and accurate
* Assist with the off-boarding process (calculated annual leave remaining, responding to notices handed in by employees, booking in exit interviews)


Skills & Experience
* Previous experience working in HR or Talent / Recruitment in an administration role
* Educated to Degree Level or equivalent relevant experience
* CIPD Level 3 qualification in Human Resources advantageous
* A 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to help others - enjoys team working and is a natural team player
* Good organisational and administrative skills with a focus on quality (E)
* Able to use initiative and make recommendations with a solutions-focused mindset (E)
* Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently with the ability to multi-task (E)
* IT literate with experience of using MS Office package (E)
