Clinical Trial Manager - Any Australian City
My client, an Australian CRO working on a number of incredible, innovative studies, is currently seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to join their team due to company growth.
As CTM you will be responsible for managing both CRAs and CTAs within this CRO.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage CRAs and CTAs, ensuring all staff are trained to complete their job responsibilities
- Participating in the selection and onboarding process for new clinical staff by conducting candidate reviews and participating in the interviewing process.
- Managing the quality of assigned staff's clinical work through regular review and evaluation of work product.
Experience Required:
- At least 2 year's experience in a similar role within Australia
- Line Management experience
- Experience working within a CRO, and experience within Clinical Research
- Fantastic communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and work in a busy environment
- Drive and ambition
- Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP Guideline
