Validation Engineer (remote-based)

Hobson Prior are seeking a Validation Engineer to join a fantastic pharmaceutical corporation on a permanent basis located in Warburg with some remote flexibility available. Our client is focused on producing veterinary treatments that are of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role, you will handle the lifecycle of equipment from sourcing to qualifying for operations and guarantee good performance health throughout the lifecycle.
• Plan quality documents and assessments to exhibit state of controls.
• You will interface to the collaboration associate and all other internal divisions.
• Use of equipment like Kaye validator for qualification of steam sterilisers.
• Lead a developing interdisciplinary team.
• Any other assigned duties.

• An independent individual with a structured working approach as well as a high degree of personal accountability and ambition.
• Able to think and reason analytically to assist with examinations as well as transcribe hazard-based qualification methods.
• Social and communication skills both verbally and written.
• Capable of adapting to a new setting.
• A committed and flexible individual who can provide their input and knowledge in a team environment.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in an environment or scientific discipline, ideally aseptic.
• Equipment usage experience.
• Know-how on enforcement of data integrity systems and qualifying similar for both manual and digital methods.
• Certified in computer and electronic systems usage as per CFR Part 11.
• Familiarity with transcribing and assessing scientific documents.
• Fluency in the English and German language with knowledge in Deutsch.
