The Role:

We are looking for a Safety Assistant to be based in our Drug Safety Center in Swansea, UK.

This is a varied and busy administrative role encompassing a range of tasks which include:
  • Receiving, reviewing and distributing documents to the drug safety study teams
  • Preparing documents and arranging shipment with courier services
  • Creating and maintaining record tracking sheets
  • Records management and file maintenance
  • Assist in the Quality control of paper and electronic files
  • Providing overall administrative support to the drug safety team


To be successful in the role, you are:
  • An agile team player and have a keen eye for detail
  • We want our employees to succeed and ensure that they are set up for this success through constant training, development and support. To enable success in this position you will have a strong administrative and excellent interpersonal, as well as organizational skills.
  • Experience within a clinical research environment is not required, as full training will be provided. A willingness to learn and a keen eye for detail as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines is essential. Very good English language and profound MS-Office skills are required
