Job Details

I am looking for a Clinical Project Manager (CPM), for a biotech company specialising in a niche market, which is cell therapy. By joining such a company, you will have the chance to contribute to the development of the medicine of the future. This is a small biotech where there is everything to create, so you won't have time to get bored!

Your tasks:

  • Plan and manage the project timelines and resources including management of vendors. Proactively anticipate and understand concerns/issues/delays in the project and develop risk assessment and contingency plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical sites, investigators and clinical research associates.
  • Prepare, conduct and report on activities related to the completion of site selection, initiation, routine monitoring and close-out visits
  • Monitor patient enrolment to ensure recruitment targets and project timelines are met at the site and/or country level
  • Ensure proper handling, accountability and reconciliation of all Investigational Product(s) and clinical study supplies
  • Review the status and contents of essential documents at the site level and reconcile study OSF/ TMF at site and/or country level.
  • Maintain all appropriate project documentation according to processes, procedures (Company' SOPs) and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP).

Experience

  • At least 10 years' experience in clinical operations in the pharma industry or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in site monitoring and/or clinical trial management.
  • Master degree or equivalent in a scientific or health related field.
  • English proficiency, French conversational
  • Must have effective time management and organizational skills, ability to solve problems.
  • Regular travel to sites
  • Able to travel in European Economic Area (EEA)
