Hobson Prior are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Patient Clinical Supply Operations to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Hammersmith. Our client is focused on evolving remedies for patients who suffer from cancer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • When needed, you will assist with communications between sits and logistics organisations, guaranteeing evaluation of KPIs serving as the PoC for the actions allowing the patient journey.
  • Prepare and handle the distribution of the supply chain and the logistics team between general management of international supply mechanisms on an internal basis of clinical trials in numerous oncology suggestions.
  • Convey updates to shareholders on an internal basis and clinical sites on the progress of product distribution.
  • Operate cross-functionally with manufacturing and quality for handling and optimising the supply chain within a GxP setting.
  • To assist the project teams across all platforms, when needed you will timetable and organise and supervise procurement with clinical sites, logistics suppliers following current protocols.
  • For this role, you will guarantee an efficient clinical trial supply chain solution is executed to the pertinent standards across various programmes and needs.
  • Collaborate with the clinical site teams as part of a patient supply operations for features pertinent to the patient journey.
  • Attend consistent programme and team meetings.
  • Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a biological, or science-similar discipline.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience operating within a clinical research or pharmaceutical organisation which involves supply chain preparation, operations or timetabling which involves familiarity in cell or gene therapy.
  • Know-how of clinical trial procedures which involves ICH-GCP.
  • Acquaintance with Cell and Gene Therapy.
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., as well as other IT systems for a solid supply chain.
