THE POSITION


As Process Manager you are working in a globally operating team that designs, builds and continuously improves our global Supply Chain Processes. The scope for this position focuses on design and implementation of revenue management processes in our global SAP ERP system.
As part of our motivated team you have the opportunity to drive change within our global supply network.


Tasks & responsibilities


  • In your new role, you work in cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of our standardized processes in global projects.
  • Based on your strong expertise in sales processes, you identify improvement opportunities and develop proposals in collaboration with stakeholders. In that context, you take over the lead of strategic projects.
  • As third level support, you contribute to our daily operation of processes as well as applications and manage user communities and spread best practices for example in the training of key users.
  • Based on your strong communication skills, you manage stakeholder interactions successfully and define the level of standardization for our processes and / or systems.
  • You ensure the compliance and validated state of our processes and systems.
  • Moreover, you manage the execution and documentation of testing and training activities
  • You manage external consultants and ensure their adherence to Boehringer Ingelheim standards.



Requirements


  • Bachelor's or master's degree; preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT or similar
  • Several years of in-depth experience in Customer Service and/or Sales in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Good to extensive experience in SAP / ERP processes (SAP SD / Vistex)
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proven problem solving competence for complex challenges
  • Project Management experiences and / or consulting background preferred
  • Dedicated team player and excellent communication skills, including preparation of documentation for presentations
  • Fluent in English (additionally fluent in German would be an asset) for an efficient communication with stakeholders and international colleagues
