Associate Director/Director Talent Acquisition, Clinical

Hobson Prior are looking for a Director Talent Acquisition to join a brilliant CRO on a permanent basis located in Reading. Our client is focused on generating networks that distribute exclusive novelties and actionable acumens.

Key Responsibilities:

• For this role you will be guiding initiatives and content that entices and instigates brand reputation amongst top organisation talent.
• Guarantee crucial shareholders are notified and kept up to date on progress against crucial recruitment enterprises and metrics.
• Handle a talent acquisition team for allocated corporation function/region vis a vis a direct line or matrix documenting structure.
• Be notified on the latest market trends and demand influencing the company's capability to entice competitive candidates.
• Sponsor a growth outlook, tactical capability and initiative novelty.
• You will drive and display quality market awareness and recruitment performance to senior business management, both on an internal and external basis of Talent Acquisition, vis a vis a weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly audits.
• Offer thought direction on hiring challenges, process development prospects and employee engagement prospects.
• Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills:

• A high attention to detail with the ability to assume ownership.
• Able to form and sustain working relations with colleagues, higher management and clients.

Requirements:

• Comprehension of recruitment procedures and systems.
• At least 8 years of experience handling a team.
• Familiarity with executive management and leadership groups.
• Able to offer executive quality data and documenting on market insight and recruitment action.
• Capable of suggesting developments to the process.
