Job Details

Hobson prior are currently looking for a QA Manager to join a fantastic pharmaceutical establishment on a permanent basis located in Ffostrasol. Our client is focused on changing people's lives with the use of marginally aggressive technologies to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this position, you will be accountable for the risk management procedure of pharmaceutical products and manufacturing procedures.
  • When suitable, guide a CAPA system which involves, investigations, root cause assessment, risk analysis and execution of change controls and CAPAs.
  • When needed, serve as a QA delegate on the Product Vigilance Committee.
  • Act as a directing role in quality system reviews of the Wales site by regulatory bodies and clients.
  • You will sponsor GMP consciousness at the Wales site.
  • Assess and report change control requests, guaranteeing compliance with cGMP and quality standard needs.
  • Handle responsibility for Quality Leads, QA Specialists and QA Officers.
  • Line manager accountability performance and development of quality personnel.
  • The ideal candidate will develop and sustain a quality training procedure and offer mentoring and assistance to division.
  • Any other assigned duties.

  • Able to handle various work streams simultaneously as well as able to prioritise workload and manage one's self.
  • Able to communicate confidently as well as possess social abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with the drive, ambition and focus ion achieving objectives.
  • Organised individual with a high attention to detail.
  • Collaborate well with others in the site functional teams and any other sites and clients as well as collaborate well with personnel in all divisions of the organisation.
  • Ability to resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a degree level in a life science or similar discipline.
  • Qualified as a lead auditor.
  • Quality management experience.
  • Familiarity with directing a team.
  • Able to evolve vision for quality team which progresses performance of the industry.
  • Planning capabilities with the ability to motivate others and energetically handle a team.
  • Capable of performance people management.
