Our client is a new generation, publicly listed, digital health company. They provide leading biopharma, medtech, and research organisations with artificial intelligence-assisted services. They are accelerating their offering further into the Australian, Asia Pac & US markets, creating more health opportunities for patients to access emerging new treatments and diagnostics.

The Opportunity
You will have a passion for clinical trials, digital transformation and social media, with an understanding of the inherent ambiguity and 'roll up the sleeves' mentality of a health technology start-up. The role has a high degree of autonomy; therefore, you are self-directed and motivated, persistent in follow-through and quality service, can identify opportunities, risks and efficiencies and you thrive in a high-growth team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have direct responsibility for our clients Services Division. Key to the success of our client's business, your remit will include team management, output quality and quantity, as well as shared responsibility (with the CEO) for the division's profit and loss.

• Management of people and technological resources to deliver customer projects.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality, high-value customer projects, with a focus on the customer experience.
• Input into the advanced stages of development of new platforms and extension of existing platforms.
• Informing the technology development team of product market fit and appropriateness of emerging capabilities.
• Management of, and selection of in-licensed platforms and tools critical to Services Division outputs and workflow.

Your Experience & Skills

• Experience in the clinical trials sector, with a clear understanding of patient recruitment and trial start up.
• Proven experience in a senior management/executive role (3+yrs), with demonstrated experience in managing teams.
• Demonstrated organisational and project management skills, including the use of relevant technologies.
• Postgraduate qualifications (preferably in business/marketing and/or healthcare/research).
• Outstanding customer service approach with demonstrated executive experience in providing strategic advice.
• Track record of successfully meeting or exceeding organisational targets, achieving ambitious goals, and driving significant impact.
• Executive-level written and oral communication and interpersonal skills that lead to building relationships across the organisation as well as persuading and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience in working with CRM's, general agreements, MSA's and Statements of Work and governance documentation.
• Demonstrated understanding and ability to use social media in a professional setting, particularly in relation to clinical trial recruitment.
• A demonstrated interest in digital, data and AI applications in research and healthcare - some language and understanding of concepts would be very desirable.
• Experience in using Teams, Zoom, Canva and Miro.
