Job Details
I am partnered with a rapidly growing research organisation working across small and large molecule, peptide, oligonucleotide and biomarker projects. They are now seeking a number of talented individuals with a background in LC-MS to join including at Head of level.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of bioanalytical methods to support discovery, pre-clinical and clinical studies
- Customer-oriented to deliver a quality product by means of extensive bioanalytical experience and understanding of the customer’s requirements
- Support the wider business in defining strategies for future growth and development
- Prioritisation of projects and coordination of people, lab space and technology
- Ensure critical timelines are met
- Option to directly manage a team of scientists OR work independently
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc/PhD with relevant experience
- Strong experience in LC-MS
- Industry experience, ideally with strategic input
- Good understanding of regulatory guidelines
- Strong communicator
