About this job:
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing defined Astellas portfolio in South-South-West Finland regions key accounts (Health care centers and hospitals)
- Therapeutic areas: Urology & Genecology
- Key Account analysis, building and implementing activity plan
- Monitoring the market and providing regular competitor feedback
- Ensuring high level customer satisfaction by tailoring and utilizing customer channel preferences
- Understand, perform and behave according to corporate vision, values, compliance and working processes
Duties:
- Managing the defined Astellas portfolio in own territory
- Achieve the personal sales targets with the given budget
- Analysing sales data, account prioritization and targeting of customers
- Building and executing account plans
- Regular meeting with Business Manager and semi-annually territory plan presentations
- Keep proper financial administration through Concur-system
- Product and therapy area knowledge and skills up to dated
- Report on received AE information (Adverse Drug Event)
- Perform according to relevant Astellas SOPs and complete LMS-trainings
- Adhere to the current “Business Procedures” and compliance rules, both for the country and Astellas Nordic
Areas of responsibility:
- Territory: Varsinais-Suomi, Satakunta, Etelä-Pohjanmaa, Vaasa, Etelä-Uusimaa and Ahvenenmaa
- Overall responsibility for sales, costs and activities in territory
- Be accountable for sales results
- Selection and targeting of doctors, nurses and pharmacies
- Planning and organization of calls/activities as defined in a continuously referenced account plans District cost budget.
- Cost effective way of working
- Proper use of promotional material
- Properly representing the company’s standard
- Follow company standard operational procedures on adverse event reporting
- Proper care and use of company property leased or owned (company car, mobile phone, computer etc.)
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 3 years proven pharma industry sales experience
- Valid driving license
- Experience working with general practitioners, specialists and nurses on the pointed territory
- Self-confident and innovative approach to competitors and colleagues

Educations/Qualifications:
- Professional qualification: Bachelor of Health Care or University degree Good knowledge of ICT systems and appropriate software
