Job Summary

We are seeking aReport Compilerfor ourToxicology Administration & Reportingdepartment located inElphinstone, Tranent.

The Toxicology Administration and Reporting department is responsible for collating, tabulating and reporting scientific data from safety assessment studies and using reporting software to compile the study report to the standards required by the Company, its clients and international regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with study management and Quality Assurance.
  • You will be responsible for the timely collation of data from safety assessment studies to meet tight deadlines.
  • You will have responsibility for the development of reports to the standards required by the Company, its clients and international regulatory authorities.


Applicants should have:
  • University entrance standard educational qualifications. A degree is welcome, but not essential.
  • High degree of IT literacy i.e. extensive experience in use of word-processing, electronic text production and report writing is essential
  • Proven experience of working within given timescales with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills


Salary banding for this position is £24,876.69.

  Here in Scotland, based at our site in Tranent, East Lothian, we offer a complete array of Safety Assessment services from complete IND-enabling programs to stand-alone preclinical studies, our preclinical CRO services provide a full range of in vivo and in vitro testing evaluations and regulatory support for the safety assessment of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and animal health products as well as chemicalsagrochemicals, and biocides. Our scientific and regulatory staff develop and execute individual preclinical studies or customized programs to ensure that drug efficacy and safety assessments are conducted in the most efficient manner.
