Outstanding opportunity for an Account Manager to join an award-winning creative full-service healthcare communications agency based in London.

You will be joining a dynamic, fast-growing global agency within their medical education team; however, you will be able to challenge yourself to think about how you can work in collaboration with the advertising team to produce activity that has maximum impact.

This is a key role where you will see yourself being clients day-to-day contact, managing relationships, and setting expectations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day client management and relationship development
  • Internal management of jobs across a range of activity
  • Financial management and forecasting
  • Development of more junior team members
  • New business and organic business growth
  • Participate in internal team activity, contributing to our fun and supportive culture

Requirements:

  • Experience within a medical communications, medical education, or healthcare advertising agency – essential
  • Ability to develop long lasting relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including when working under      pressure
