Role

• Operationalize PROs in trials, e.g., set up ePRO systems, provide trainings for sites/investigators, liaise with CROs
• Manage quality during trial implementation, i.e., monitor PRO completion and compliance rates
• Liaise with CROs to manage potential quality issues
• Serve as a counterpart to GEVD Lead and Clinical Development Lead
• Continuously strive for process optimization to ensure high-quality PRO data acquisition in our clinical trials
• Continued support of different GDO sub-functions in the PRO Council, e.g., liaisons from GDO sub-functions
• Short-term goals:
  • Minimize/reduce operational issues in study start-up phase leading to significant delays (related to the PRO licensing/translation, ePRO system setup)
  • More robust and consistent monitoring of PRO quality across the portfolio (e.g., via OASIS)
• Mid-term: Consistently apply a compliance KPI to reflect how well we are incorporating the patient voice in our trials from the baseline

Education, skills and experience required

• • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
•  • Minimum of 3 years' experience, ideally, in IRT/eCOA or related field
• • You will have significant experience in eCOA, research technology,
•  Outcomes Research, or eClinical/Clinical field or related services/industry.
• Experience in purchasing licenses to utilize questionnaire
• Translation and validation process experience.
• Providing oversight of CRO fully outsourced
• Troubleshoot issues with vendor challenges
• System set-up knowledge
• Comfortable managing a variety of tasks at one time
• Strong leadership, influencing, and motivational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English both verbal and written
• Analytic, problem-solving skills
•  Focus on continuous improvement
