Job Details

Reporting directly to the BDM, you will build and grow a territory of key accounts. You will take a pragmatic and proactive approach to ensure you develop long term relationships with clients.

You will be required to work with clients, qualify their needs and demonstrate as a business how we can support their growth, reputation, and brand values.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a constant focus on prospecting (pipeline)
  • Driving sales of Texere print and online brands to the global markets through maintaining, retaining, and expanding current accounts
  • Managing and driving the sales activity to ensure sales targets are consistently achieved throughout the yea
  • Utilise knowledge and market information and work collaboratively with other brands to identify and capitalise on cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop revenue streams ensuring we achieved and maintain appropriate revenue and profit margin
  • Working in a cross- functional environment to ensure timely and overall success of all campaigns
  • Conduct F2F and virtual meetings ensuring these are purposeful.
  • You will work closely with Commercial Services and Marketing to ensure we meet the needs of clients and provide solutions for all client campaigns.

 

Required Qualifications Knowledge Abilities & Experience

  • Educated to a high standard, minimum A' Levels, Degree or equivalent would be desirable
  • Minimum of 12 - 18 months experience working in sales with a proven track record
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential
  • Natural flair dealing with people at all levels
  • A professional manner both on the telephone and face to face
  • A passion for sales, attention to detail, and customer service
  • Experience of work in a fast paced and driven environment
  • Effective time management is essential
  • Media sales experience for example local/national press, consumer, digital, B2B would be an advantage
  • IT skills: Google G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office, CRM experience
  • (Salesforce)
