For one of Planet Pharma’s rapidly expanding Biotech, we urgently seek a skilled and experience individual to join as Director of Biostatistics. In this role you will be responsible for providing our client with strategic, technical, operational and scientific leadership and solutions.  

Responsibilities:

• Leading and integrating input from quantitative scientists impacting clinical development. Providing strategic and scientific leadership for clinical development, registration strategy, submissions and other health authority interactions Defining how line functions are elaborated and implemented. Independently lead and manage several programs in parallel, while remaining accountable for strategic statistical input (development plans, dose-finding strategies, regulatory strategies, publication strategies, statistical deliverables).

Requirements:

• MSc or PhD in biostatistics or equivalent Proven experience working within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry Extensive knowledge of drug development and HA guidelines Design and analysis of clinical trials in oncology Strategic input from a statistical perspective Statistical Methodologies - Bayesian, Adaptive designs CRO oversight experience
