Job Details

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations of a brand new facility opening early 2022. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Processes all Clinical Trial Materials (CTM) and related materials in accordance with company procedures and GMP/GDP.
  • Maintains the warehouse and distribution areas in a clean and orderly fashion in accordance with company procedures and GMP/GDP.
  • Responsible for maintaining the workflow in the warehouse including prioritization of daily assignments, goods receipt, staging, picking and packing, storage of materials and general warehousing activities.
  • Creates a culture of safe working by observing and promoting observance of all relevant H&S SOP’s and practices.
  • Ensures that metrics are collected and reported for Warehouse activities.
  • Works with Finance to monitor stock levels by storage location for client billing purposes.

  • Ensures that Inventory management system entries are made in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Responsible for overseeing picking and packing of all shipment orders and ensuring that all the relevant documentation is provided with the shipment and that shipments are sent using the appropriate temperature shipping system and monitors.

 

Qualifications

  • Standard GCSE or equivalent
  • Industry experience in EU GMP/GDP environment
  • A good understanding of the Clinical Trial industry and the importance of blinding in a clinical trial
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent reading and writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English literacy
