Your main responsibilities as a Learning & Development Specialist:

  • Follow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
  • Complete required trainings according to required timelines
  • Conduct complex organisational/process performance needs evaluations
  • Support learning solution projects of high complexity
  • Support leadership development training
  • Make evidence based recommendations to leadership on engagement solutions
  • Analyse and evaluate L&D data/quality metrics and use it to make recommendations on performance solutions


Education/Qualifications:
  • Degree educated or equivalent (experience may be substituted for education)
  • Recognised L&D qualifications preferred
Experience:
  • Previous experience developing learning solutions (e.g., e-learning, instructor led courses, documents, exams, etc.)
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, facilitation and learner-centered activities
  • Demonstrated ability to develop content using eAuthoring tools
  • Ability to collaborate on ideas and recommend solutions
  • Proven communication and consulting skills across multiple leadership levels
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages to include Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong English writing and communication skills
