For our teams in Denmark we are currently recruiting for a Junior CRA / Clinical Research Associate I.

The junior CRA will perform monitoring and site management activities for Phase I-III clinical research projects to assess the progress of clinical projects at assigned investigative/physician sites (either on site or remotely) and to ensure clinical projects are conducted, recorded, and reported in accordance with the protocol, company and sponsor standard operating procedures (SOPs), ICH-GCP and/or all applicable local and federal regulatory requirements.

We understand that a junior CRA requires guidance and oversight, while developing an understanding of the drug development and commercialization process. Therefor we offer a place in our Clinical Training Institute which will help you to learn and develop yourself towards an independant monitoring CRA role. In the first 4 weeks you will completely focus on the intensive training. After that you will be asigned to a variety of trials/projects, where you will be working together with more experienced colleagues

The position is to be home-based in Denmark, monitoring visits can be across the Nordics region.

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field
  • Experience in clinical trials is an asset
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
  • Fluent in Danish, a good understanding of Swedish and Norwegian and working proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage required travel of around 6-8 days per month on site across Denmark, Sweden and Norway
