I am partnered with a leading, global pharmaceutical organization in the process of rapid expansion across Europe due to an upcoming product launch. They are seeking a Market Access manager to service their Italian function delivering all Market Access related activities across their very niche pipeline in nephrology. If you are experienced in delivering a range of market access activities at a national / regional level in Italy and want to take the next step in your career then this position is for you

About the Role;

You will be accountable for identifying different risks and opportunities for the assigned product pipeline. You will be developing and proposing market access plans and initiatives keeping in line with the payer perspective. 

• Interpreting payers expectations 
• Interacting with internal and external stakeholders / experts regarding the concept of product value 
• Updating on HTA issues and techniques 
• Maintaining coordination with the internal Market Access network regarding all products assigned 
• Actively managing market access activities day to day 
• Ensuring a successful product launch liaising with all internal parties to ensure the launch goes effectively 
• You will be working on a range of market access activities day to day including; pricing, strategy, reimbursement, dossiers etc. 

Why you ?
Basic Qualifications 

• 3 years MINIMUM experience in a Market Access role 
• Experience from a pharmaceutical or medical device setting 
• 2 years experience in drug evaluations within the public sector 
• Local / National Italian Experience 
• Exposure to Nephrology is ideal 
• Broad therapeutic background 
• Understanding and knowledge of Health Economic activities 
• Proficient in speaking English and Italian
