Business Development Manager (US Terrority)

About You:

Are you a self-motivated Sales professional looking for an opportunity to grow a new business venture, within an established company?

To help us with our growth, we are looking for a motivated self-starter with proven Sales Management experience to be responsible for the Business Development and Sales Management of our US affiliate site.

Requirements:
  • Proven Sales management & business development experience
  • Client Presentation skills
  • Recruitment experience and/or Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences knowledge - particularly within the US market
  • CRM knowledge (knowledge of HubSpot is advantageous)

Bonus:
  • Experience of the US Recruitment or Life Science industry

About the Role:

Accountabilities:
  • Lead generation and pipeline management for US clients
  • Deal stage management on HubSpot
  • Attending client presentations and meetings
  • Creating Media Authorisation Documents
  • Setting up account trials for clients and collecting feedback
  • Actively engaging in live chat enquiries online and responding to emails in the Sales inbox
  • Ad hoc duties as required by the company from time to time

Relationship Management:
  • Build and sustain lasting relationships with business partners and colleagues

Training and Development:
  • Working with the Line Manager, identify and action your own training and development needs
  • Maintain knowledge of company portfolio of products/services
  • Ensure technical knowledge is up to date and keep up with new developments
