As a SeniorFinancial Analyston Cytel’s FP&A team, you will assist in providing business partnership tothe services organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models.
• Improve annual operating plan budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist in developing the strategic plan, budgeting & forecast.
• Participate on perform monthly variance analysis vs. budget and forecast for revenue, controllable margin, headcount, and utilization.
• Review financial results from different areas of the business and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in developing impactful solutions to business challenges.
• Assist in the Adaptive Planning implementation as needed.
• Performanalyses to provide financial insights that aid in decision making.
• Develop and maintain metrics reports.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, Master preferred
• CRO experience preferred
• 3-5 years of financial analysis experience
• Demonstrate experience handling operating budget andfinancial analysis
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proven track record of building financial models
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of Adaptive Insight, Power BI preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate in a simple manner across management levels and cross-functional teams
