Job Details

RBW are partnered with a global organization that require a Senior Clinical Biomarker Lead in the area of Neurology or Ophthalmology. You will be an integral member of the Early Clinical Development team and will be responsible for implementing biomarker strategies across clinical development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the translational medicine function in strategic team meetings.
  • Important early clinical development team member where you will be responsible for biomarker strategies and achieving PoC as quickly as possible.
  • Interaction with cross functional teams to implement biomarker strategy across all clinical development phases.
  • Design of exploratory translational medicine studies and implementation of precision medicine concepts.
  • Collaboration with preclinical teams to identify biomarkers and translate this into clinical development.

 

Requirements:

  • PhD in a scientific related field.
  • Significant disease area knowledge in CNS or Ophthalmology.
  • Strong clinical development experience with a good understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Previous experience implementing biomarkers in drug development and their impact for successful clinical endpoints.
  • Evidence of strategic thinking and strong team-working to collaborate successfully in a matrix environment.
