ABOUT THE ROLE?

This is a huge opportunity to join AstraZeneca's newly formed team Technology Transformation team, working on exciting greenfield projects across multiple domain areas. You will expertly be analysing and validating AstraZeneca business needs and identifying and implementing continuous process improvements across your managed portfolio from new demand through to completion.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED?

Essential:

  • Experience of managing both technical and non-technical projects
  • Communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience of working within a team environment, ability to work well with others
  • Demonstrable track record of collaborative and cross functional working
  • Good business awareness and understanding
  • Business Analyst experience
  • Innovative approach to technology and its application to business needs
  • Ability to identify, define and provide solutions/options to different customers
  • Strong, communication, organisation and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking capacity
  • Able to work in the fields of influence in a global professional organisation
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coach users and other team members
  • Flexible and adaptable

Essential:

  • Understanding of, and exposure to, LEAN SixSigma and Agile project methodology
  • Educated to Degree Level
  • High IT Literacy
  • Experience of working within IT/Technology projects
  • High level of business process knowledge and ability to simplify processes
  • Understanding of a Pharmaceutical Marketing Company
