Brand Lead Manager In Oncology

Our client is seeking for a talented, driven, and enthusiastic professional to join their team, as a Brand Lead in Oncology. You will be leading a team, implementing global brand strategies, and build a network of clients (hospitals, physicians, etc..) in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing the Oncology Business, while focusing on driving growth, profitability and market share within Switzerland.
• Leading the annual cross-functional brand planning process
• Full marketing implementation and budget management
• Making sure that the Regional strategy for products are properly reflected on all levels.
• Growing and maintaining trust while developing key relationships with strategic accounts.
• Leading and coaching the sales team
• Keeping track of the industry & market dynamics, and anticipate, analyse and identify current and future market opportunities.

 

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Medical background with a Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in Science, Medical or Commercial
•  Between 2 to 4 years of Oncology experience in marketing, and preferably Sales.
• An already developed Swiss network in Oncology (Physicians, Hospitals, etc..)
• Excellent strategic-analytical skills with the ability to discuss and understand scientific and medical data with external and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and business context understanding
• Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate several areas of own and team work to meet relevant goals
• Results driven and entrepreneurial, with a “can do” attitude, and able to build and train people into a winning mindset 
• Fluent in German and professional written and verbal communication skills in English, and ideally in French Language.
