Head of Master Data Management

For our client a medical device manufacturer, we are looking for a leader to join their data division.

Your challenge:

• Design and implement a cross-functional and cross-process MDM strategy.
• Ensure the consistency of material, supplier and customer data across different IT systems.
• The maintenance processes of the respective data owners are defined, documented, supported and analyzed and monitored by DQM rules by your team.
• As a gatekeeper, you have a central role in ensuring sustainable data quality for group-wide attributes.
• You will support the methodical data maintenance and develop product data specifications that are valid throughout the group.
• As a person with experience in communication, you will lead projects in a complex environment and with interdisciplinary teams.

You have:

• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation in an interface function.
• Solution-oriented work and great quality awareness.
• On your own, you ensure understandable processes, clean data content and clearly defined data attributes.
• Communicative, team-oriented way of working.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent German and can communicate well in English.
