This is a full time client-dedicated position to work 50% in the client's Middlesex office and 50% from home. As such candidates will need to be based in the southern section of England.

In essence what we're looking for here is someone who really enjoys negotiating contracts for Clinical Trials!

The successful individual will be responsible for the end-to-end management of budgeting and contracting for Study Teams with a focus on contracting a variety of contracts & study types including Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Investigator contracts for client sponsored studies & non-registration / Investigator Sponsored Research (ISR) studies.

They will also be responsible for contract amendments as well as original contracts. Currently the team have two contract leads who work on ISR agreements, the rest only work on commercial sponsored studies. The long term plan is for this person to be solely dedicated to ISRs/NIRs (non-interventional research).

Education/Qualifications:
A life science degree or nursing qualification
Experience:

• Two or more years experience negotiating legal or financial agreements, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry OR two years of industry related experience in clinical operations
• Working knowledge of clinical trial start-ups and finance cycles including knowledge of site needs and perspective
