This is a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months with the possibility to be renewed.

The Regional Healthcare Outcomes Manager (RHOM) at Syneos Health is responsible for delivering agreed local market access objectives across our client's portfolio by developing relationships with key decision makers, payers and organisations that influence prescribing decisions, in order to ensure access and funding for the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Drive inclusion of the brands on agreed regional and local formularies and guidelines in line with the account plans and brand strategy
• Generate freedom to prescribe within assigned health economy by securing funding and pulling through national approval at local level
• Map the relevant stakeholders at regional and local level that has impact on patient access and maintain a comprehensive prescriber influencer map
• Expertly use appropriate materials and tools to demonstrate the value of our brands to local NHS stakeholders who influence prescribing and overcome any barriers
• Develop and maintain a network of key regional and local NHS stakeholders who influence the Health Economy
• Maintain a deep understanding of the NHS health economy, key accounts: revenue sources, key customers, competitors, financial goals, commissioning process, financial flows (as available from public sources), and objectives
• Work closely with Sales Teams to inform and input on the development of a product launch strategy at a regional level

Job Requirements

• Educated to undergraduate degree level or equivalent
• Able to understand technical scientific information
• Experience of building solid partnership & delivering partnership projects with stakeholders involved in decision making process within health care for patient access
• Sound understanding of the UK NHS
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
• ABPI
• Driving license
