Job Details
As the Supply Chain Associate, you will build and manage relationships with our customer base (b2b) developing an in-depth knowledge of our customers to drive the business growth. As part of the Supply Team, you will be expected to work within the compliance of our internal standard operating procedures, good distributions practice, pharmacovigilance and MHRA requirements.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Proactively manage queries and questions including pricing and availability & “fast line” product queries from Wholesalers, Distributors, Pharmacies and Customers
- Manage email and phone queries and forward any complaints to the relevant departments.
- Take ownership of every Customer enquiry through to completion, resolving issues quickly and efficiently in a courteous manner
- Respond to price challenges, send monthly offer sheets etc.
- Ensure all professional contacts are kept up to date
- Work closely with the Commercial, and Finance Departments to resolve issues
- Support the team when necessary to handle any claims e.g. logging and following up on GDP complaints and liaising with the RPs
- Manage PO’s, and carry out back office tasks such as, but not limited to, pricing, billing, customer accounts process and proactive management of back orders.
- Support the team with SAP data entry – creating and booking in stock from deliveries, raising purchase orders, stock movements, update delivery dates, upload and reconcile sales data, create new SKUs etc
- Support the team at peak times with collections – organising transport of stock from manufacturers to distributors e.g., arranging / checking paperwork is correct, making sure collection goes smoothly
You will have:

- Strong MS office skills
- No Specific qualifications
Experience
- Customer Service experience is beneficial
- Strong MS Office skills essential
- Good Administration skills required
- Strong understanding of downstream effect of actions
- It can be helpful to understand a healthcare environment, but it is not essential
- Working knowledge of SAP is also helpful
